CorgiAddict.com is teaming up with Patchwork Pet to host the first ever Spring CATERPILLARS FOR CORGIS Contest!

GRAND PRIZE includes a Patchwork Pet COLOSSAL caterpillar, a tub of tasty healthy noms provided by NutriOne, an adorable orange corgi laptop sticker, a subdomain to host your blog on corgiaddict.com (if you so choose) and a removable vinyl corgi decal for your car (available in Pemmie or Cardi).

TWO Runner Ups will also receive an adorable Patchwork Pet Colossal Caterpillar.

CONTEST RULES:

- MUST INCLUDE YOUR CORGI'S NAME
- MUST INCLUDE your name + first initial ("submitted by Corgi A.")
- must be a photograph that includes a REAL corgi and must be a photograph that you took
- the theme is SPRING!
- in order to be eligible to receive your prize, you must live within the United States (sorry Aussie corgis)
- Only 1 caterpillar per household
- Winners will be chosen by the corgi people with voting
- Submissions MUST be submitted on this page: CONTEST SUBMISSIONS -- submissions for the corgi contest via the main page will not be posted.

Submissions will be taken until 9pm EST Friday, May 13, 2011.

Voting begins Monday, May 16.

Winners will be announced Friday, May 20.
